If you look at our website footer, you’ll see a badge we are incredibly proud of: Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction. We won it in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. Then comes 2025. The badge isn’t there. Did our quality drop? Did we stop caring? No.We stopped working. And honestly? I have never been prouder of a decision….
